Seventh Bridge was founded in 2024 by KC Goundiam after more than two decades navigating the tech industry and witnessing the barriers to inclusion, innovation, and sustainability. In our first year, we launched two major programs: Equity in STEM, which delivered hands-on learning and mentorship to 400 students across the GTA, and Pathways to Possibility, which connected 827 young adults to opportunities in Ontario’s automobility and aerospace sectors. These programs showcased our ability to expand access, empower underrepresented people and businesses, and strengthen ecosystems across tech, trades, and manufacturing.
